BSF Water Wing Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
SI (Master)
- 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. AND
- 2nd class master certificate issued by Central/ State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.
SI (Engine Driver)
- 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. AND
- 1st class engine driver certificate issued by Central/ State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.
HC (Master)
- Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
- 1st class engine driver certificate issued by Central/ State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.
HC (Engine Driver)
- Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
- Possessing 2nd class Engine Driver certificate.
HC (Workshop)
- Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
- Industrial Training Instituted Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine), Electrician, AC Technician, Electronics, Machinist, Carpentry & Plumbing for the post of HC (Workshop) Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine), HC (Workshop) Electrician, HC (Workshop) AC Technician, HC (Workshop) Electronics, HC (Workshop) Machinist, HC (Workshop) Carpenter and HC (Workshop) Plumber from a recognized Institution respectively.
Constable
- Matriculation from a recognized Board equivalent. AND
- One Year Experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP.
- Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance.
